(Because the figure is made from bendable chenille stems, figure can be slightly adjusted if necessary. Scarf ribbon isn't fixed/starched so it can also be adjusted to rest how you like. The vintage round thread covered ball ornament used for this has some small indentations in it that are unoticable from view but can be felt when handled. I believe this ornament happened to be what the artist of this piece had in hand, and decided to use as they work with mostly vintage materials. With age, vintage materials can gain more imperfections, but I believe those imperfections add even more character and charm to vintage items as their imperfections offer an aged look with a story to tell.)
