Use white computer paper and black electrical tape to create columns for your Halloween party space! Adhere them to the wall using painters tape.
Cut spirals out of black card stock, and paint rows of dots down them to create the look of tentacles! Create eyes using white and black card stock and a dot of craft paint for the eye's center. We using fluorescent paint so it would glow to the black lights!

These roses were dusted with black craft paint, then the petal edges were dabbed with fluorescent orange craft paint. A black light near by makes them light up!
This color changing star prop light fixture was made by hot gluing paper stars and spikes onto a large paper lantern. Color changing lights were added to the interior of the lantern and the fixture was placed by a black light to give it a two-toned color look.
We dressed up this ordinary drum light fixture with spiky black card stock on the bottom edge, and draped it in shredded white tulle fabric. We placed low wattage lighting (that does not get hot) inside the fixture, and made sure none of the tulle or paper were anywhere near the light bulbs.
We suspended a wire wreath frame with wire, and taped white bones to it at different angles. The bones were cut from white card stock paper. A black light near by gives it an eerie glow!
